SLEEP

The baseline you protect so everything else lands well.

The balance, across the week

RESTFUL
~54%
ENGAGED
~20%
LOGISTICS
~14%
EFFORT
~12%

Read it as a shape: restful-dominant (~half the waking hours), which is right for an anniversary trip — the indulgence is the point, not a reward you have to earn. Effort sits at ~12%, concentrated in two or three clean beats (the ridge on Saturday, the optional waterfall Tuesday) so it punctuates the week instead of grinding through it. Logistics holds near ~14% and most of it lands on two days — the one hotel move and the flight home — leaving the middle days almost waste-free. And the arc matters as much as the totals: you open soft (recovery), spike effort early while you're freshest, then slope down into pure pleasure, closing on the massage and the cozido. Hard when you have the legs for it, easy when you've earned it.
